Talki allows users to generate simulated outfit visuals by uploading images and using automated AI processing. We are committed to handling user data responsibly and limiting data use strictly to what is required for the service to operate.

Talki does not collect, store, analyze, extract, recognize, or identify any facial data.
We do not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, identity verification, or any form of face-based profiling.
Talki does not create, generate, or retain:
· facial recognition templates
· biometric identifiers
· faceprints or unique facial markers
· identity-linked facial information
We do not attempt to determine who a person is, and we do not associate any facial appearance with a real-world individual.
Some uploaded images may incidentally include a person’s face as part of a full image.
In such cases:
· the face is treated as inseparable visual content within the image as a whole
· no facial region is isolated, extracted, or individually processed
· no face-related attributes are analyzed or interpreted
If a face appears in an image, it is included only because it exists in the original image, and not because Talki requires or processes facial information.
The presence of a face does not change how Talki handles the image.
Original uploaded images
· are processed temporarily for the sole purpose of generating the requested image
· are deleted immediately after the generation process is completed
· are not retained, archived, or reused after processing
Generated images
· are saved locally within the application’s history feature
· remain fully under the user’s control
· can be deleted by the user at any time
Once a user deletes a generated image from the app, that image and its associated data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Talki does not keep backup copies of deleted images.
For clarity and avoidance of doubt, Talki does not:
· store facial data
· analyze facial characteristics
· identify or recognize individuals
· retain original uploaded images after processing
· use images for advertising, training unrelated models, or profiling
· share image data with third parties for independent use
All image handling is limited strictly to delivering the virtual try-on experience requested by the user.
During normal operation, Talki may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
· device type and operating system
· application version and usage statistics
· temporary identifiers required for system functionality

Talki uses collected information to:
